About us
Sun Valley Pet creates personalized, AI-illustrated books featuring your dog, including storybooks and memorial keepsake books. Sun Valley Pet operates under City Wholesale Electric, Inc.

Orders and personalization
- When you upload a photo of your dog, you confirm that you own the rights to that photo or have permission to use it.
- We use your uploaded photo to generate custom watercolor-style illustrations using AI image generation technology.
- You will have the opportunity to approve your dog's cover illustration before the remaining book is produced and sent to print.
- Please review all names, dates, and personalization details carefully before submitting your order — books are custom-made and cannot be resold.

Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in USD and are processed securely through Stripe at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already placed.

Intellectual property
The AI-generated illustrations created for your order are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Sun Valley Pet retains the right to use anonymized or de-identified sample illustrations for marketing purposes unless you notify us otherwise at info@sunvalleypet.com.

Returns and refunds
Please see our Refund & Replacement Policy for details on manufacturing defects, replacements, and refunds.

Limitation of liability
Sun Valley Pet works to ensure each book is produced accurately based on your approved cover and provided details. We are not liable for delays caused by our print or shipping partners, or for errors in personalization details submitted incorrectly at checkout.

Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this site.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
