Refund & Replacement Policy —

Each Personalized Illustrated Dog Book is custom-created using the photo and dog name you provide at checkout. Our AI-powered illustration process generates several unique images of your dog, which are then combined with your dog's name throughout the printed story. Because these books are custom-manufactured on a per-order basis, all sales are generally final; however, we stand behind the quality of our product and will address manufacturing or production defects.

If your book arrives with a defect in the illustrations, text placement, image placement, or overall print quality, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo clearly showing the issue and a brief description of the problem. Our team will review each claim individually. Once a defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, either produce and ship a replacement book at no additional cost or issue a refund of the original product purchase price, excluding shipping and applicable tax.

Please note that minor variations in AI-generated illustrations are an inherent part of the personalization process and do not, on their own, constitute a defect. This policy covers manufacturing and production issues only and does not apply to damage caused by misuse or normal wear after delivery.
