Shipping Policy

Each Sun Valley Pet book is created just for you, so here's how the process works:

Processing time: After you approve your dog's cover illustration, we begin production. Please allow a few business days for your book to be finalized and sent to print.

Print & shipping partner: Books are printed through our professional print partner and shipped via USPS. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days from the time your book enters production, depending on your location.

Shipping cost: A flat shipping rate of $6.99 applies to all domestic US orders.

Where we ship: Currently, we ship within the United States only.

Order tracking: Once your book ships, you'll receive a tracking notification by email.
